Global Fuels is a transportation software tool provided exclusively for customers of Global Fuels who have been issued cards authorized under the Global Fuels program. Use of Global Fuels and cards issued under the program signifies acceptance by the user to the terms and conditions established by Global Fuels for the Global Fuels program. These same terms and conditions are available to customers upon request.

Global Fuels software is designed to provides users with a self-directed fuel purchase management tool for authorized personnel. Users of Global Fuels assume all responsibility for the authorization and approval of fuel purchases, the inventory of cards, the activation of cards, and the secure maintenance of card inventory. The secure use and inventory of fuel cards, and their associated pin numbers, is the sole and exclusive responsibility of Global Fuels users.

Global Fuels users assume full and exclusive responsibility for ensuring safe & secure access to the Global Fuels program, the maintenance of their card inventory, their associated pin numbers, and the training of their employees to ensure compliance. Users must register a valid e-mail and mobile phone number with Global Fuels to allow for e-mail and text message communication with Global Fuels. Users must advise Global Fuels immediately of any breach in the secure handling of their cards or access to the Global Fuels portal.

Global Fuels is not responsible in any way for disruptions in service or interruptions in the Global Fuels program caused by conditions or technical issues beyond its immediate control. Global Fuels reserves the right to cancel this client agreement immediately should the user not demonstrate adherence to the terms of the Global Fuels Client Agreement, or upon failure to meet the credit terms issued by Global Fuels
